Baked Potato Salad




3-4 large Russet Potatoes, baked
2-3 Green onions, chopped
4 slices of bacon, cooked
1/2 C. Mayo.
Creole Seasoning

Chill baked potatoes. Cut into bite sized pieces. Mix in green onion, bacon and mayo. Add creole seasoning to taste. Chill before serving. You may need to add a little more mayo just prior to serving.
