Menu Plan Monday 1/24/11, Ground Beef Stroganoff

 It's going to be another cold week here.  That makes us want to hunker down with lots of stick to the ribs meals. We also have elections for out neighborhood HOA this week, so there are several events planned that I need to work our meal time around.  It's going to be a week of modified freezer cooking to help get us through.

Breakfasts:
Scrambled eggs, oatmeal, pancakes and Cinnamon Rolls.

Dinners:
Shepard's pie
Tacos
Sloppy Joe's
Grilled Chicken
Cheese Ravioli
Ham and Cheese Omelettes
Ground Beef Stroganoff.

Ground Beef Stroganoff
1 lb lean ground beef
1/4 packet onion soup mix
1/2 cup water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream

White rice, cooked.

Mix first 3 ingredients together in a bowl until completely blended.  Add to sauce pan and brown over medium heat.  Drain fat.  Add in one can of Mushroom Soup and 1 can water.  Heat thoroughly.  Just before serving, add sour cream and stir until mixed.  Serve over hot rice.
