Monday- Grilled Chicken*, Corn and Mashed Potatoes
Tuesday- Chicken Cesar salad (with left over chicken) and bread sticks
Wednesday- Chicken Fried Rice (with the last of the left over chicken)
Thursday- Spaghetti and Meatballs, green salad and garlic bread
Friday- Nachos con Chorizo
Saturday- Homemade Pepperoni Calzones*, green salad
Sunday- Baked Potato buffet.
*- make 3 extra chicken breasts for tues and weds nights dinners
*- make double batch, par bake second batch for freezer for quick dinner another night.
